CHPL has launched the annual award “General Manager of the Year,” with effect from 1st April 2010 and the first winner who complies with all the criteria given below will be announced in April 2011
1. 100% and above GOP of the achieved Budget for the Year end March 31st, 2010 -11, in percentage and value
2. 90% and above aggregate Mystery Audit Score for the four Audits for the year
3. Attrition not more than 5 to be calculated on an average of each month
4. Guest feedback to have "Excellent and good" not less than 90% every month."
